I've have been ordering the Green Samurai for a few months now and my best advice is to those with a lower tolerance to PLEASE only take one at a time, I see my friends ignoring the description and being more high than they are ever use to leaving them with a bad high. Otherwise for myself I tend to take 2 at a time and I have been loving it since the first time I bought it!

Took a hit, and boom! My mood lifts, and my mind's as clear as day, like everything just clicks into place.
