Been using this for the past few months to help control and manage my depression since during certain times of the year it can get horrible. I struggled a bit before and turned to a friend for some advice and they told me that their brother used this from time to time to help numb the pain just a tad. After some contemplating I decided to give it a try and have continued to use it and will continue to use it as time passes on. I don't use it every single day but it does come in handy when things get bad.
