Mhmm..been using these for a few months now and the reviews didn't lie, didn't disappoint me at all! It helped me a lot with my insomia, however I only bite half for a nice buzz before bed due to my tolerance but I'm sure a full gummy would work amazing for anybody else! Might try a new flavour in my next order but I'll always have my favourite sour watermelon on hand 🙂

Bought it for my depression which has been a pain in my ass the last couple months more than usual and these having been working pretty well I'd say. I usually do it at night before dinner or before a nice midnight snack if I get off work later than expected, either way it ends up being the best 5 minutes of my day without fail everytime
