    I should give 0 stars but that wouldn’t be fair to others I have tried. I have ordered 6 (5 purchased and 1 using coupon) of these pens to give them a shot. 2 out of 6 of them did not work. The two were Orange Crush and Grape Ape.

    The other 4 I got are really good and worked great! I wrote to WTF on Nov 9th and have not had any response or acknowledgement of my email. I even mentioned I was not looking for a refund of any kind but I do feel I should of at least received some sort of support.

    Buyer beware: You are on your own if you buy these pens and find out they don’t work. I have invested in a reusable battery and plan to only purchase cartridges from now on.. not sure any will be from CG Extracts mind you. Good luck finding any contact information on CG Extracts as well.

    3 stars because the product is really good… when it works. Also factored the customer service.
