One of my favorites for pain management. I promise that it numbs away the pain, sometimes I take a little extra when the pain is really bad but even the slightest use of this makes the pain bearable. 10/10 burn, 10/10 high, and 10/10 flavour

This one is delicious, never had something get me so high. Has definitely made it's way up my list overtime, I'll be blunt I didn't it much at first but I gave it another try a few months after my first use and I'm not sure if it's just gotten better or if I finally just opened my eyes and came to the realization I was wrong about this
